Default chip burn for fan reprogram/where?

I want to have my fans come on around 190-193 and off around 180. I have an 86 vert. Where can I have the chip burned or ecm reprogrammed?

Been alot of posts regarding reprograming, thermostats, etc.

When I first got my 87, 9 yrs. ago it ran hot, or hotter than I wanted. I cleaned between radiator and condensor, put in a new 180 stat and ordered a new temp. switch for the auxilery fan. I wired them in tandem eliminating the ECM from the equation, the temp. switch brings on both fans around 207, and turns them off at 185. I've found this to be problem free for over 7 yrs. I believe someone did a write up on it in the tech tips section. ONE thing you don't want to do if you're running a 180 stat. is to have your fans turn off at 180, make sure they turn off at least 5 degrees above that.
