QUICK!! WIRING HARNESS QUESTION!!
When switching to the 165 computer for the '85 style, do you need the 165 plug to the ecm or do you use the stock plug from the '85. Might have found a deal if I don't need the 165 plug. Thanks!!!

Check out http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~davis/z28/ He's done the swap to 165 and then to a 730 and done a great job of documenting everything.

I think if you use the 85 plugs.. you need to re pin them and and the MAF relays
when I was going to do this (when I had my '85) I remember hearing that the '85 plug ends work fine, but just be sure to re-pin the wires that are different.
