Default Non Corvette related question

OK i know this is not a vett, but i need some help with something that should be easy. I need to know how to replace a belt tensioner on a 1995 buick park ave. I can not seem tofigure this one out. any help is appreciated.

just did one on neighbors 96 ick, 3.1 cent not 3.8 like your park ave...tensioner was frozen, wouldn't move to get belt slack...just removed the center bolt from the tensioner arm and prayed that the bolt would not mess up/crack the threads of the supporting housing as the end came out...it didn't, probly cause there was almost zero tension being applied, idler pulley could be turned inside the serp belt by hand...but if the serp belt was in high tension, would have cut the belt rather than risk the housing

some of those tensioners were part of a huge bracket that had two coolant elbows attached. look closely and see if this is the case, if it is the whole bracket assembly must be replaced

It's a GM, can't be that difficult. Normally a 14mm or 5/8
