Jet programmer, good or bad?

Default Jet programmer, good or bad?

So I have the chance to buy a Jet programmer for $100, do you guys think that would be worth it? my car is bone stock auto 92.

It should make your fans come on sooner and probably change the shift points in the trans to make it feel more sportier. Just don't look for a hp gain. 100 bucks is not bad but the most I would spend.

I used one. There is a slight performance increase. You will notice that the shifts are a crisper and faster, faster throttle response, and runs cooler in summer time (fans come on sooner). After I installed the program and drove it for a few weeks, I took it off. After driving a few hours, I realized that the car felt lazy. I reinstalled it. The program for 100 bucks is definitely worth it.

Just don't mess with the rev limiter like I did tho. . . I over revved and broke a spring and now I'm rebuilding the engine....
