Valvoline Syn-power
I'm going to change out my Mobil One with Valvoline Syn-power when the Vette goes into winter hibernation.
Anybody try this oil, or hear anything good or bad about it?

What issues were you having with the Mobil One?
Or do you just want to try something different? Just wondering.

I didn't have any problems with the Mobil 1, the Valvoline is a little cheaper and I figured I'd give it a try.

I've noticed the Mobil 1 and Castrol SynTec are evenly priced at Wally World now. The Castrol used to be about $5.00 cheaper.

FWIW, I have been using Valvoline synthetic in my 88 for a few years. I am in the Northeast so I change the oil in November, and the car sits 'til April. I autocross the car every weekend so it's not babied. The oil still looks good at the end of the year too.
