Spare Tire Compartment
Hi All, have a '94 Corvette. Recently, I had to take my spare out due to a flat tire. Ran into a major problem in removing the spare from the compartment which is underneath the license plate. Now, I can get the spare tire compartment to latch back to the top. The long screw is as tight as it will go, however, the spare tire is still exposure, i.e. you can see the spare looking into the back. Shouldn't the tire be hidden?

The forward part of the holder has 2 points that it can hang on. The lower one is so the fat street tire will fit in there. Raise it to the upper one for the mini spare. It wont hang down.
