They are small valve heads with 76cc combustion chambers. I cant recall if they have acessory bolt holes on the front or not or if they use press/screw in studs. Intake manifold bolt angle dont know if 85 was standard or if it had changed in later years.
Whats your budget?
Early smog heads. Flow pretty good for what they are. They do have bolt holes for accessories. Not a bad replacement for stock but I would not spend much $$ on them getting machine work. Too many aftermarket heads out there and even the low dollar ones should be better than stock.

The Corvette never used the vertical intake manifold bolt pattern. The 624 cast iron heads were used 1984, 1985, and early 1986. Both the 128 and the 113 aluminum heads retained the old 1955 intake manifold bolt angle, with the bolts perpendicular to the gasket surface. Some guys get in trouble swapping intakes from F bodies because of that.
I think 1968 was the first year that had the heads drilled and tapped in the ends for accessory mounting.
I originally started this post because I was offered these heads for only $100 from a friend who bought them and never used them, and wasn't what they were .After posting my original question I spoke to the people at TPiS ,looking for some advice on a TPI combination for a dependable street motor. I was pleasently surprised to find that they recommended using these heads with 2.02 - 2.05 intake valves and one of their mild camshafts to produce big torque numbers.
Thanks everyone for the quick responces and advice.
