Default Sway bars, Did GM ever offer or sell 32mm Solid C4 sway bars, front

I purchased my sway bars many years ago from Jeff Kopp, and I have the 32 S 26 S set up. But no where on the chart for suspensions is there a 32S sway.
Just curious, as I have measured it and it is a little over 1.25 inches, which is 32mm.
I lost all paperwork and logs years ago (2001) when I moved, so I am curious how I got this bar from Jeff.

I'm pretty sure they did. I purchased my 32s and 26s f/r bars from a gm dealer many years back. I had to mix and match the years I think late 80s solid front and the rear was a zr1 code.

According to this chart the rear sway bar on the ZR-1's was a 26s bar as were those on the 96 Z51 cars and 96's with the Z16 packsge.

Nothing shows for a 32s bar as part of any of the suspension packages. But I have heard that this chart is not 100% accurate. If there wasn't a 32s bar that was part of a suspension option, would it have appeared in the GM Performance Parts catalog??

I'm pretty sure that the front on my '85 is 30mm solid bar if I get a chance I'll go out there with my caliper and measure for you.

I recall correctly, 30mm was the largest offered on the Z51 suspension.

Well, I need to dive further into this. I emailed Jeff Kopp about what he sold he me, and he can only recall the 30mm bar. I know I didnt by a VB&P 32mm, but my bar is 32mm, unless there is another spot to check size as they do bend it in certain spots. There is a number on the bushing, front 5073, so I need to see who those came from.
I wish all my records were here.
There was a post a long time ago where a guy had a 32mm bar on his stock ZO7, which he had since new, and he put calipers on it and it was 1.26 inches thick. Stranger thigns have happened.
My new 32mm OEM GM bushing part number 10098138 just arrived too, so somewhere GM made a 32mm in my eyes.
Crazy. Maybe Someone from that era can chime in.

I was involved with the C4 suspension development guys back in the 80's and 90's. I still have copies of the suspension tuning charts from 84-94 and the largest front bar shown on the chart is 30 mm which agrees with my memory.

However, as I'm thinking about it now, I seem to remember some talk that there may have been some one-off larger bars made for the Corvette Challenge cars, but I don't know that for sure.

I am going to look at the bar and see if there is a number available on it. I do have the bushing in hand, so obviously someting was 32mm there.

I AM SO STUPID
Well guess what, GMS Quality assurance isnt all that either.
The bushing is 30mm. I squeezed it real hard and it is 30mm. There is a piece of rubber where they cut the bushing to allow you to put around the bar, and when they cut it was causing it to not compress correctly.
I feel like an Opti SPark

Well anyways, here are the new stiffer OEM bushings.
The poly bushings are offset to pull the bar forward. Wonder why?

30 MM was it. 90 Z07 parts are what I ordered and got 30/26.

My guess is where you are measuring it is a bend or bulged area...saying that I don't know where I would suggest measuring it.

With similar level springs...mine is quite flat and user friendly...
