ecm or Prom issue

ecm or Prom issue
I have had a stalling issue and a stutter from idle to acceleration also.
Well I have foud that the prom either has a loose pin connection or the ecm board has a connection issue. I can usually twist the prom a little and the stutter goes away. I have put dialectric grease on all connection with no results.Is ther away to determine which is bad without taking to a stealership?
Is there someone in Atl,GA than could help out on this?
