Yep, it's low. I got one too. 'Have had it for years. I like the looks and the duct holes of the Prowler. It's taken a beating and is starting to show it. I've worn the bottom lip off and now it's craked in the middle. I'm not sure if I'm gonna try and repair it or not.
I'd like to lower the front just a little but it doesn't make sense with the Prowler (and Vermont roads).

I have it too. Not sure that it's lower than stock though. If anything, it may protrude further forward. That would still make it hit more often on uneven roads. But, I don't think it's a lot worse then stock version.
Typically, I only have an issue with ramped entrances.
As for functionality.... don't bet the farm on it.
Interesting passenger door panel.
Us vette owners are a picky *** bunch eh?
I was loving that front view. . . .Then the side view with those side pipes and a RICER looking spoiler......??!?!?! Just a matter of taste I guess. BTW....The paint looks killer!!!!

Pics right after bringing home from paint. Much of the car was still dismantled. That's why you see bare door panel.
Spoiler was originally considered because I thought the back of the car needed more visual volume for balance. Had decided against using the wing until the "shave" of the power antenna didn't turn out perfect.
I could have asked for the fiberglass repair to be redone, but was so impressed with the paint, I hated to risk having a completely mis-matched panel. I opted for the wing to cover the hole. (This wing had a hole for the antenna to protrude thru, but it was filled before addition).
If you don't like the side pipes, well buy a different line of automobile where sidepipes weren't part of the heritage. I like 'em!

^^Hey man I understand the reason you got sidepipes...But you have to understand that sidepipes on older vettes were there to complimented the non-smooth flowing look. Now newer vettes were going for a more smooth and aerodynamic look-Sidepipes kinda ruin this look...I guess it is just a matter opinion...The front view looks awesome though! Now the spoiler??? Why not go with low riding spoiler that is only like a couple of inches off the rear? The spoiler might be what messes the whole car up for me..But the paint is perfect man!
Actually, I'm starting to like the side pipes. It was extremely well done and looks stock. Is that a kit? Still aint' liking that spoiler......but hey, if you like it, thats all that matters.
I see what you mean about balance with the side pipes. It's just like some folks who put on a front spoiler and not the matching side skirts. You get eh feeling that something is not balanced about the look.
Overall, really nice car. I'm really ribbing ya a bit. Perhaps a little jealous too....
BTW, just in case you didn't know, the rear wheels have plastic wells too.

Hey, I took this bad-boy apart before paint. Made it really easy for them to do a good job. They returned the favor by spending extra time making the finish look even better (and reducing the price). In person, this paint is slick!
FWIW, the shop does not specialize in customs. They do everyday cars. I got to know the manager. We hit it off and proved what they could accomplish before I sent it in.
BTW: I had to search for 2 yrs to find a used set of SideEffects from PowerEffects.com. They were in good condition but I still recoated all pipes with header paint. I also removed and repacked the mufflers with stainless screen and fiberglass batting. Used 2000 degree industrial adhesive to secure the screens.

No drone. None at all. Re-installation of front CATs cured the problem. (I tried main cat only with these side pipes first).
No cam either. Wait! Silly me. Can't run w/o a cam!
Seriously, our cars have the equivalent of what used to be termed a 3/4 cam anyway (w/o as much overlap). Once you pull some of the muffling back, you can hear it a little.
