Correct Injector Flow Rate for 91

Have a 1991 and seen 21lb., 22lb, and 24lb for flow rates specified for the OEM replacement. What is the correct stock/replacement value?

the 21 and 22 will work fine without computer refig. the 24 really needs a mod to the ecu program. The OEM is 22.
