Default 2.5 inch Procharger pulley?????

I currently have a 3 inch pulley on P600b Procharger. I can register 5-6 lbs boost with the current 383 v/s 9-10 lbs boost with the orginal 350. This is due to the increase cubic inches and Mini ram intake, much less resistance. Procharger recommends a 2.5 inch pulley to increase boost with this combination. This is still within the RPM limitations of the SC but I am concerned with belt slipage. Does any one have first hand experience using smaller pulleys and what problems should I be aware of. Also what is the best sourse to purchase a smaller pulley. Thank you

2.4" pulley is the size for the P-600B that is closest to what you are requesting. Belt angularity (which leads to belt slippage on the lower SUR head units should not be an issue with the 2.4" pulley, but will become a big issue with the 2.25" driven pulley). Make sure that with the smaller pulley you are not exceeding MIS at peak RPM (though I would seriously doubt that is the case). I would also recommend that you make the idler pulley changes to the P600B bracket while you have the unit apart. Pullies will cost ~85USD from ProCharger or 65USD from ASP.
