Remote Entry Help Needed.
I have a inexpensive 4 channel remote system. I was looking over the power lock diagram in my FSM, I figured if I splice into the factory wires then no problem. The more I look at the diagram the less I feel this is that easy. It shows the system as a grounded when switches are in the neutral position...
is a 5 pin relay required??
or
is my "dead short" when using the remote a hoax?
also, I'm going to do the windows up/down.. to help save that extra 30 sec. when putting the top down.
any wiring diagrams, or pictures showing this done would be great
