Dyno and Tune shops

After some fairly heavy modifications on my motor, i need a Dyno and Tune pretty bad. I know I can get more horsepower out of it and a few extra miles per gallon wouldn't hurt either.

I need a shop with the capabilities in San Diego/SoCal area.

Just because i want to make people jealous... Premium (91) gas on Naval Base San Diego is down to $2.019

I'm sorry to say I can't help with the tune, but....
Just because I'm a smartypants,
Sunoco 93 octane is 1.999 in Centerville, Ohio.

The basic tune stuff is already done, such as timing and such. I need an ECM flash. I don't know who can do that. Besides that, if anyone has the original tuning kit would help a lot. I think zip products has some or at least makes the replicas. If he has that stuff i'll give him a call.

I would like to e-mail him first though.
