Over Heating
Need good shop in Fresno or San Jose area. My 1995 LT1 is overheating. It has 241,000 miles on it but ran great untill I parked it for 3 months in my garage. I took it to the dealers and they said that maybe it's the relays or the fans themselves. That answere didn't give me any confidence.

Can not suggest shop but the fans&relays are easy to check functional.
open hood so you can see and hear
1.Start engine with temp controls off (no fans should be running)
2. turn on A/C... high speed fan should run
3.Turn off A/C set digital gauges to COOL, let engine heat-up, low fans should come on at 228F, then start cooling down (turn off at 216F)
4.If temp goes to 240 high speed fan should come on.
Heating problem is probably trash in radiator...they should call these C4s hoovers the way they suck up trash.
