glass rear window conversion

anybody know what parts (switch??) are needed to hook up a defrosted glass rear window on a pre 94 vert??
anybody have/know where to get them??

There are kits available to add a defrost grid to a regular window if that's what you have in mind. They contain everything needed for the installation and are not that expensive. Look around for "Frostfighter".

thanks but what i meant was how to hook up the wiring and switch (solenoid?) for a replacement top from a 94-96 that has the rear window w/ d froster

My 89 has the wiring and plugs and dash control [use for hardtop I bought] already there. Don't know if this is on all converts or not? Also don't know if only electronic temp control cars are this way??
