Chip or tune

So i decided to go with the lt4 hotcam and electric waterpump for my 92 lt1 with 6speed. to my understanding i need a tune for the hotcam, would it be cheaper to get a burned chip on line somewhere or to go to a tuner and have them make me a chip?

i know going to a tuner would probably be more beneficial correct?

and if i am able to get a chip on line where is a good place to get one from?

Contact Alvin at pcmforless. Trust me, he has that mail order tune down pat.

I had his mail order tune and then latter had him to dyno tune it and only picked up 6hp.

For most people, a dyno tune is the only way to go. But, an LT1 with an LT4 Hotcam has been done about a million times. PCMForLess should be able to make you a near perfect chip without having to get a dyno tune.
