Dash Removal Tips
...does anybody have any? I'm going to need to pretty much remove the thing to properly repair all the wiring. Anything tricky or unexpected I should know about before I dive in? TIA.

I tore mine out to replace my heater core. Its an intimidating job when you first look at it, but I found it pretty straight forward to complete. Removing the core also required loosening/disconnecting portions of the wiring harness, which could be a little frustrating. The connections were pretty snug. I don't envy that part of your task.
I would emphasize organization because there are a million screws to keep straight, and be careful not to overtighten stuff when you put it back together.
