Shifting sluggish 700r4
When I am driving at an easy pace my transmission shifts normally. When I romp on it and it goes from 1st to 2nd, it becomes sluggish and the motor looses power. I have to let off of the gas and it will shift.Any ideas of whats wrong? Tranny fluid is full. 2500 stall.

Mine has been doing that, if I down shift to third first then get on it I don't have any problems. Is your car stock?
Mine has an aftermarket carb setup and getting the TV set correctly has been a challenge.
I worked on it yesterday and I think I have it set pretty good, I can romp on it and it will down shift and up shifts better.
Check your TV cable and make sure its not binding. What about when you get on it from around 45? Does your Torque converter lockup when in 4th? I'm wondering if its going from second to 4th and locking the TQ. Does it run warm when your going over 60? Try starting it in 3rd and see how it responds then shift it to 4th and try another run. Make sure you can feel it going in each gear.
