Default 94 LT1 installed

I put this 94 LT1 into my 72 chevy truck, finally yesturday I was at a point to see if the engine would start. now keep in mind I have had the PCM and wire harness constucted for this truck application. ok so as I was cranking the engine over it has no problem.
the problem is I am getting no spark to the Spark plugs, checked this by removing #1 plug wire and had the wife crank the motor as I watched to see if I had spark. well the test showed no spark.
this is where I dont know where to test from here.
How do I know I have power to the PCM? how can I test this? the wire harness has a wire for SES (service engine soon) the light I hooked up to this wire works. But when the light is connect to the wire harness and I am cranking the engine over the light does not come on, so this is making me think maybe I have no power going to the PCM
is there a way to verify power to the PCM? and I know I dont have all answers so I am hoping you guys can help me trouble shoot this to get this engine to run

thanks in advance for all your inputs

yes I have a volt meter, can you tell me what are injector noids?, the harness was made by LT1 Wiring out of Erie,

I beleive I am not getting spark, this is all new to me But I know we can figure the problems out. Im wondering if maybe Im not getting power to the PCM, now LT1 has modified the PCM for this application, so I mean they have reprogrammed the PCM so I'm assuming nothing is wrong with the PCM. but when I turn the Key to On would not the SES light come on for this time, it does not right now, I know the light is good because I have checked it

Here's how to hook'em up.
You just need to do one to see if you getting a signal.

Do you have a diagnostics port on the harness?

You could then hook a laptop up and not only see if you have power, but all sorts of good stuff. Like error codes.

yes I have a LapTop and also yes I have a OBD1 port on the harness,
But please this is what I'm hoping you can help me with, to connect the laptop would I not need software to read trouble code?

Please be patient with me this is new to me
