Well I finally got to the power steering inlet (or is it outlet) hose that comes out the top of my power steering pump, took a gander inside it, and I see a very tiny (maybe 1/4" around?) orange o-ring, that looked to be in perfect condition.
I tightened everything back up after cleaning it all up nice, got everything back together, pulley on, and then started my car, and as soon as I turned the wheel left/right I could notice some fluid seeping out of this hose / connection.
Is there another o-ring that I'm missing? If the O-ring is fine, and I tightened everything OK, what should I replace to avoid this seepage?
I gotta get back to the drag strip, and I can't go with this power steering fluid leak!!
Your PS line has cracked at the fitting. Very common for 92-95 LT1's.
A stock replacement line should be available at most any auto parts store for app. $30 or you could get a bullet proof line from Doug Rippie for $80 & not have to worry about it anymore.

I lost a bunch when I used to roadrace. I put the DRM line in years ago and never another issue!
Wow, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who has popped power steering pressure lines. I've had two go bad. Both of mine leaked at the exact same place: where the line goes into the pump. I couldn't find a visible crack on the first one, but replacing it fixed the leak. The second one had a large crack and it was replaced under warranty.
The DRM piece looks like the way to go to eliminate this issue.
