Looks just like a regular spade connector in a fancy housing
If you aren't doing a NRCS resto then should be able to get similar from any auto parts store.

Sorry - Never seen it and I've never seen GM use anything other than Black for a ground nor is the connector in your photo a typical GM weatherpak. Blower Motor, if that's what you mean, has a red/black or purple hot wire and a black ground all wound up in the same harness and connector. That ground runs to the frame below it. The only green I know of in the area of the Blower Motor runs to the EGR temp switch, but that's not to say there isn't a green in there somewhere for something else; however, your picture looks like something someone else added so show us where it's coming from.
