Details: Only 10 sets are offered for Group purchase and after they are gone price goes back up to $771.00. Headers are paid for in advance buy contacting Merle @ Exotic Muscle 480-967-4222. EM accepts Visa, M/C, Amex and money orders. Canceled orders are subject to a 15% cancelation fee. Headers will be shipped in aprox. 6 weeks.

Stats: The headers are ceramic coated inside and out. They come with a 1 3/4" primary tube with 3" slip fit collectors. The headers have o2 sensor bungs and air tube fittings. The flangs are 3/8" thick.

Options: EM offers a slip fit header extension that will adapt to a Corsa cat back or the stock exhaust. They are offered 2 ways, header extensions coated w/out high flow cats ($270) and extensions coated w/cats ($549.00). Felpro exhaust gaskets and Breslin bolt fasteners are also available.

Yes we can the headers with out the air fittings. Time frame is 4-6 weeks.

Just so that I'm clear on something, are you saying that you offer those headers completely without air tubes? I've never seen EM's without the air tubes in place. All the headers I've seen from your company have air-tube provisions already (sealed) and it's up to the customer weather or not they want to drill them out to make them functional or just ignore them and have a "dummy" air tube sticking out of the header.

Are you saying you now offer these headers without air tubes at all? If so, I'm definitely interested in a set.

The website also list a painted headers extension at 195$, is this directly compatible with a Corsa system too?

Yes we can do the headers with out the air tube bungs entirely. The painted extensions are still $195.00 but I recommend highly to go with the coated ones and yes they will fit the Corsa catback as well.

Just placed my order with Merle for a set of long tubes with no air or egr and a set of split lock bolts. Now for the wait. I'm worse than a kid waiting on Christmas.

Merle, hope you received my order and credit card information and all is well. Two quick questions I forgot to ask were,

1) Do you ship out both the headers and extensions the same day? (I've heard of some people receiving only their headers and then getting their extensions delivered at a later date)

2) I know the extensions you sell attach to the Corsa Resonator using the same band clamps that come with the Corsa exhaust, but do you include a pair of 3" band clamps to connect your extensions to the header collectors?

To answer your questions:
1) Yes we always try to send the extensions the same day as the headers on rare occasion this might not have happened.

2) Yes we include the 3" band clamps with our extensions to go around the collector.

I couple months ago Exotic installed their 3/4" long tubes and 3" high flow cats to go with my 3" B&B exhaust. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and workmanship, and it really uncorked my 383.
