Default AS&M TB question

I have a AS&M 58mm TB and it has the bottom plate on it that houses the IAC. Stupid me bought a IAC for a 1988 car but didn't realize that the TB takes a later style IAC Valve thats held in by 2 screws. Also the TPS is different. Will the wire connectors to both match up to the later style sensors or will I need to change the connector ends. THANKS FOR ANY HELP What year car are these sensors from? Pipe

They make adaptor harnesses that will adapt your wiring to the LT1 style that is on the AS&M throttle body. So yes you can use them.

I had to do the same thing when I bought the AS&M monoblade throttle body. However I made my own adaptors.

I have used several AS&M TBs, and all of the early sensors bolted right up. I am not really sure what you are doing, so not really able to help. Maybe you purchased the wrong year TB? Food for thought?

Could you post some pics, then maybe I might be able to provide direction.

Sorry I can't post any pix. I bought the 58mm TB at Carlisle swap meet this past summer. It allready had the bottom housing plate on it. I didn't take notice but it will need the LT1 IAC & TPS so i'll see if I can exchange them for the LT1 style. Can you tell me who makes the Harness Adapters to go from my 88s wiring to the LT1 style. THANKS Pipe
