Default Side Fender Adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the alignment on the side fender? My LH side seems to stick out further than the RH side. I did a search on this subject and did not find anything relevant. I loosened the two upper Torx screws as I see that they have adjustment slots but, was unable to push the upper side in. It appears that just the upper portion is out of alignment. The lower portion is good. The front of the LH side is sticking out approximately 1/2 - 5/8 of an inch which really looks bad compared to the other side. Any ideas?

There is a hidden 10mm bolt at the bottom of the side panel, located between the panel and bottom body....You have to loosen this bolt and then you can slide the panel inwards and outwards.

I just did this yesterday when I had to replace my battery.

Just loosen the bolt....do not remove it
