Default Vibration, wheel squeek, and traction control symptoms

I have a 92 6 speed and I've got a problem that's been getting worse for about a year and I have no idea what it is. The symptoms are very similar to a bad u-joint or wheel bearing. The noise comes from the right rear and sounds like a rusty wheel squeek as well as a vibration. The noise occurs between 0 and 30 mph and gets louder the more gas you give it. It used to make a loud clank noise, but no longer does. I replace the wheel bearing and the u joint is fine. One other strange symptom. After I hadn't driven the car for 2 weeks, when I was trying to take off from a stop the traction control kept kicking on like I was spinning my wheels, but I wasn't.

How are your brake pads, especially the inner pad?

Pad's and rotors are really bad. I'll be changing those tomorrow, if the parts come in.
