Default TPIS Mini Ram Nitrous Question

I have a 88 vette with a TPIS Mini Ram. My question is can I use the Nitrous Express direct port kit made for the LT1 motor? Or should I just go for a MAF style sytem. The goal for the kit is to start with a basic 100 shot but have the capability later to run a 250 shot later.

I just scattered a "88" If you have a stock engine you don't want to go over 150 Wet shot. I was runnin a 200 shot, If you don't have forged pistons your gonna put a hole in one, & that's not golf "BRO"!!!!! Building a all new forged engine!!! Lookin for 750 H.P.......OOOOOHHHH My system, that I Built myself Has the capability......Of a 400 shot.

I would just run 2 nozzles in the intake tract near the MAF sensor. Do 125 HP in each nozzle if you are looking for 250, or 100/150, or some other combination. Direct port really isn't necessary for a 250 HP shot, IMO.

One thing that I'm not familiar with is whether or not there are distribution problems associated with the MR. At 250 distribution issues may force you to go direct port, I just don't know. Hopefully, someone with some more experience will chime in.

One thing I did not mention is I am running a fully forged 383 it is al ready for a 250 shot. The one thing that I will need to run a bigger shot is a stand alone computer which will be down the road for better tuning. I just want to go with the right nitrous system that can easily run a 250 shot when I am ready.

I beleive an 88 jet and a 46 jet will give you a 250 shot in the shark nozzles
