The Corvette is a 1990 6 speed. Recently just overhauled and rebuilt for a customer. In the process of putting everything back together ran into a problem with hooking up the AIR system properly. The Air system is a black pump that sits next to the AC condensor and has hoses branching off to both the exhaust manifolds and to a steel pipe going back to the cat. Im courious if anyone knows how this system is suppose to be routed? on the pump theres a T splitter and on the pump its self has 3 inlet holes for hoses. Anything pics, diagrams, advice..

The AIR system pumps air into the exhaust manifolds during warm-up, then to the cat (via steel tube) when warm. (I believe the interval before switch-over is 5 minute when cold, or 1-minute when warm.)
(There is a metal tube on the front of the motor which provide air for opposite manifold.)
AIR can also be diverted to the "silencer" portion of the divertor under certain conditions. Hopefully, the following excerpt from Agent86 will answer any other questions you might have.
