Im doing a hotcam on my 96 lt4. Im going with long tubes. Also the car has corsa exhaust and K&N air filter. Will this setup need to be dyno tuned.? what are some other typical mods that are a "might as well" that go along with a hotcam that I could squeeze a little more power out of? what can I expect for horsepower? 1/4 mile times?

If you are going to spend the time or money getting to the hotcam; I would suggest a set of heads as well.
A lot of different options out there to suit your budget.
electric WP for drag and autocrossing
Get a new stocker if your road racing
How's the opti? At least put a new cap & rotor on it.
Stick or auto?
If auto then a coverter
gears for a stick
electric water pump is a good mod.. that frees you from having to use the LT style timing chain setup, plus properly wired, you can use it to cool the engine between rounds at the track
