I have the MSD's also, made for my year corvette. I burned though a couple of boots on my headers. They sell replacement boots. It was pretty easy to fix. It just takes a little cutting and crimping. They also sell universal sets like this that you can custom make. You can get 90* or straight plugs. They also sell the wire only in rolls. Check the MSD cataloge or web site. Summit has them also.
Something like this...

I have some but they sent the straight ones not the 90 deg ones, half of them would not fit. After about an hour of trying to squeeze them on I realized this. After that I hope I never have to touch another stupid boot protector. I know... If I would have just had the right ones. I found a way to just tie wrap the wires/plugs away from the headers which seems to be working for now.
