Reading BIN?
I just downloaded what is suppposed to be the BIN for the 1990/1991 L98.

What has to be done to read this file. When I open the disk it defaults to Wordpad and displays a lot of gibberish. Is there a specific program that this file has to be opened with? Any help is appreciated!

BIN means 'binary' file, or binary language. To read the file in english requires an 'editor' program like TunerCat. It also requires a 'definition file' to match your ECM - TC also sells def files for most common applications.
