Refreshing the front end.
Can anyone tell me which parts in the front end/steering I should especially be weary of when im checking out my front end? I had a bit of play in the steering wheel, and I want my car to steer and handle like new when I get it all back together.
I am going to get new shocks for sure, thats a given, and also lower the entire car, front and rear.

I bought a complete set of front wishbones from Corvette Recycling, NOS, complete just bolt them in & they were $400.00 + shipping. Got some swaybar end link & mounting bushings in a kit(?) over at VB&P. Then I called Randy at DRM and picked up the top shock bushings and the rack mount bushing....I have FX3 so when I bought new shocks they don't come w/new bushings....I need to buy tie rod ends and I hope that's it...I'm keeping my stock ride height.
If you are looking to do all that you want, I suggest calling Randy @ DRM because he will discuss your aims and then give you his best knowledge on how to get to those aims. Randy & DRM are

Oh forgot this . The only part of the steering system that is tough to do are the inner tie rod ends....for that I would make sure I talked with some one like DRM or VB&P so I could get the right answers.

Check out this link as it has some info that will be needed to make sure you order the right parts like bushings and mounts and alot of the smaller replacement parts.
