Sharing information-Precision Bearing

I found a attractive deal on Flea-Bay, a "buy it now" price of $71.50 per hub. Reputable seller. I was very interested and phoned them. The bearings are made in China marketed in USA as Precision Bearing. The seller was honest with me and told me where the bearings came from. Budgets are tight now, so the price is appealling.
Now I am not necessarily writing this to beat up on Chinese made products but I, for one, am hesitant to buy made in the China stuff. Especially when it attaches to and holds up a car that may be piloted very quick down a dragstrip or driven on an autocross course.
I also did a little digging and found a outsourcer that woud talk to me for a few minutes. He spoke to me because I told him that I was interested in buying a whole bunch
. He gave me this rundown.Three levels of quality on C4 and C5 hub bearings.
1. Made in Japan and old stock USA (Expensive) $250 (Yes, I know Corvette Recycling advertises these for $99 each).
2. Korea ( Mid-range) $199
3. China (Cheapest) Like $71-99 each.
Very interesting stuff.
