If you have a tire that's shorter than 27" there isn't one that's "readily" available. Now if you're looking to research it further you need 13 or 14 tooth for a drive to be able to use currently available driven gears.
I got "busted" last week for offering up anything other than "a short specific answer" to a question so unless you ask for more help I'm out!!
