I like either the Power effects or the Corsa's ... the PE's are so pricey on the LT cars thou.

I like the Corsa Exhaust. I am talking with them about making a custom 3" setup for my car(the one in the sig). The 0 resonance is what really does it for me. Great sound also.
Give me a ring if you would like a Corsa. We have an awesome price on them.
Thanks,
I have to put another vote in for the Corsa system, it's not the loudest but it certainly has bite and it's perfect for a driving car!
Chris, is Corsa does make a 3" system for you I would certainly buy one as well, the 2 1/2" pipe was the only possible drawback I saw when comparing the Corsa to other systems out there.
I have to vote for the Flowmaster cat-back system. I've got it on my car and love it! It sounds great at idle and when you put your foot in it, but it's not too loud inside the car. I think it's the best for the money. :D
Zix,
The 2.5" pipes should not really be considered a drawback. These will flow enough to make more power than the average guy will. I am tempted to put the 2.5" system on my car, but my car is borderline in needing larger. :)

I disagree Chris. The factory pipes are 2 3/4". There is obviously a decrease in air flow by going down to a 2.5". However, Corsa makes up for the decrease in flow with a less restrictive resonator, so they produce HP/TQ gains. The reason Corsa uses 2.5" pipe even though it IS more restrictive is to help attain their "zero resonance" factor. This info came from a Corsa rep I spoke to when I was in the market.

Keep us posted on that 3" exhaust!
There is no doubt that there is a decrease in flow going to a smaller pipe. That goes without saying. The problem is, I have seen cars make 550+ HP on 2.5" pipes. The question is, is there a necessity for that large of a pipe or not. :)
Does your shop do any kind of work on V-6s? My friend has a V-6 '01 Firebird that he wants to eventually twin-turbo. He's been talking to a lot of shops around here in Austin. You guys do any kind of performance work on these cars? I figured I'd ask since I know y'all do F-bodies. Either way, thanks.
(BTW guys, I don't drive a V-6, just wanted to clarify that :D )
Three reasons I like muffler elims. 1) Saves about 28 pounds, 2) Is very inexpensive $50 - 75 if done by a local exhaust shop, 3) Sounds great.

I don't know the sound of the Corsa without the under axle pipes or mufflers sound pretty good also. Suprisingly I didn't find it that bad. I could still carry on a conversation, albeit I did have to talk a little louder, but not too bad. :D
