1 create a hole for the dizzy
2 move some of the bolt holes that go into the head some line up some don't
3 drill tap and install pipe plugs over the water jackets to get return coolant from the heads
4 cut the back if the plenum and plug to make room for the HEI or get a smaller dizzy
5 Install a remote water neck for your upper Rad hose and the new plumbed lines from the pipe plugs for the coolant from the heads.
Other than that it's easy
But lots of people have done it and there is a lot of info on this site if you do a search (if it's working today)
