Either clean or replace your IAC and clean your throttle body/butterflys. Or if you are lazy, run a can of SeaFoam thru the brake booster vacuum hose and other half in your gas tank.

It's right next to the flux capacitor.

DO NOT use carb cleaner on a TB and especially not on an IAC. My 1st IAC I ruined putting throttle body cleaner on it.
Maybe you will be lucky and it won't hurt it, take out the IAC and using the plastic extension, take TB cleaner and spray it down the opening in the TB where the air from the IAC comes out and then clean the area where the IAC goes in w/cleaner and use a pipe cleaner and push it through the hole.
