valve adjusting?
is it better to set valve with engine running or by doing when engine is off?
also I recall sometime back some clips that you could attach to the rocker arms to keep oil from spraying all over while running motor ..... anyone know where to buy these?

Hyd all you are setting is preload so off and cold is the way. Running is a hassle and messy so should only be done as a last resort if you just can't get it right.
