Mine I thought I was lucky because my vettes interior was tight as a drum no squeaks, rattles,or creaking.Until last week, when driving in the rain I didn't see a pot hole and nailed it it at about 40mph.Since them my dash has developed a creaking noise on the drivers and a mouse squeak on the passenger side of the dash.Does anyone know if there are common fastening points that come loose and cause these squeaks, if so what is a good solution on getting rid of them .Sound deadener?Felt strips at fastening points?Any suggestions appreciated
I've got them too. SOunds like mine is coming from around the glovebox area. I have yet to determine whats causing it. The squeaks are worse when its cold out...

Re: Dash finally creaking and squeaking (dizwiz24)
I've posted this before, but will do it again.
I went through my 1996 Corvette and my 1994 T-Bird SC and fixed all the squeaks by putting either foam tape of stick on Velcro tape on various parts that rub together. Anytime you have two pieces coming together, they can squeak or rattle. The trick is to remove them, put either foam tape (for wide gaps) or Velco tape soft loop side (for small gaps) where they can rub or rattle. Home Depot or Lowe's sells a big rolls of both.
One area that is tricky is the door sill. The sills are carpet covered fiberglass screwed onto the body. When you remove them, look for a white powdery substance--this is where the two pieces are rubbing. I used "DYNOMAT" purchased at Best Buy to cover the whole sill area.
Also, the door panels rub. You have to remove the door panels and stick long strips of Velcro where the interior panels meet door. You get the ideal.
