Horn Problem

One more question..... When I plug the horn up it continuosly blows until its unplugged. Could this be a stuck relay or anti-theft problem? If it could be a relay where is it located? Thanks for all the great information.

You will get better response if you tell us the year of the car, there are differences between 84 & 96 and your profile is not filled out.

My bad! Its a 95 coupe 6 speed that the horn will not stop blowing when I hook up the connector.

Sounds like a grounding issue.

Can't swear this is the same but here is a diagram showing relay location on my 93

As Brimis mentioned it could also be a grounded contact wire or horn switch in the steering column. With the relay removed check the connector for terminal 85 of the relay, it should only be grounded with the horn switch depressed or when commanded by the security system.
