Why not consider a 5speed. There are replacements that are completed as a replacement.
You can change it over to a 700r4 but there are significant modifications that have to be made. The center tunnel is set up for the 4+3 and it has to be modified for the auto.
It can be done, but it is not a simple replacement.

I would highly consider the Keisler 5 speed TKO swap; they have a kit for your application; I have the ZF6, but running anything but that heavy dual mass FW makes them extremely noisy (when going to an alum. FW) like I did.....especially a black tag...
