Dual Walbro fuel pumps...
Anyone familar with or running a dual Walbro fuel pump set-up. I've heard such a kit exists and is good insurance for running lean in case of fuel pump failure or cavitation problems. Sounds like a good set-up on high output / high-dollar motor's.

I know one person using a custom 2 pump in tank setup. One pump uses the stock feed line, and then he has added a second line coming out of the tank that goes directly to the fuel rail. There has been an added bung to the fuel rail on the driers side to attach this second feed to (6AN line I think). Works well in his case, but he also has an inline on the stock feed as well. It does maintain 60psi at 6300 rpm feeding 50lb injectors.

I am running 2 Walbro 255 pumps inside my tank with stock fuel lines. I bought it from ATR. We have used several of them in our turbo Buicks and they work great. I am using 1 of them all the time and the 2nd is hooked to a hobbs switch and comes on at 8 pounds of boost. I dont know how much power can be made with stock fuel lines but we are about to go to the dyno and find out.
