Default 1991 vette L98 6spd

This car runs great when the engine is cold once it gets warm up I lose power can't go over 3500 RPMs can someone help? It has a borla cat back exhaust new air filter and new fuel filter only 41,000 miles on the car?

Well, being that it's a '91, I would check out the injectors. You need to do an Ohm test on them, the should be around 16 ohms.

It sounds like an open loop/closed loop issue to me if it is fine when cold, and then goes to hell when it warms up.

I'd look down that road first.

Got to ask the obvious: Any codes being set? I agree with 3x,sure sounds like something amiss whe in closed loop.

I agree, I think you have an injector or two that are stuck open. When the car is cold the engine doesn't care that it is rich but when it warms up the stuck injectors are dumping fuel so the computer is cutting off the functional injectors to try and get the o2 sensor reading correctly.
