Default Need HyperTech programming - Dallas TX

Anybody in the DFW area willing to do the basic HyperTech programming so that i can use my 160 degree hypertech thermostat ?
I keep reading that i need to find the ThermoMaster chip, but keep coming up empty. I really just wanted to reprogram the fans to come on sooner, but wouldn't mind the other enhancements if it doesn't require additional parts etc.

Car:
94 Competition Yellow with 189k miiles.

I'm about to replace the Opti for the 2nd time. Ripping it apart this weekend and am trying to do the small things that make sense.

The Hypertech programmers can only be used on one car at a time, it locks the VIN.
