How do I clean a block?
have a spare LT1 block lying around and I want to clean it up. It's been sitting for 2 years now and safe to say it's pretty orange. How can I clean her up ?

Naval jelly which is phosphoric acid in a gel. Eastwood sells several products that convert red rust to black oxide. Check out:
