i wrecked about 2 hours ago, i rear-ended someone my question is ---there is about a quarter size hole in my hood and a golf ball size hole in my front bumper (from their muffler) anyways should i get all a new hood and bumper or should i try to have it fixed. any help would be greatly helpfull if you could give me suggestions on places to get these parts for cheap HELP!!!!! :cry :cry :cry
I would go all new if possible. If you try to patch those spots, you may have issues in the future with the materials trying to seperate. Not to mention there are probably a whole slew of invisible stress cracks that will not show up till later.

Definitely gotta go "new". I've had two Vettes that I've had to have the hoods repaired.. shoulda replaced them. It's like clockwork, three years later, it'll blister out. By the time you spend the $$$ to get it refinished twice, you should just buy the new parts.

Agreed also.
For parts, I went to a vette's only wrecking yard. They have good whole undamaged pieces for lower than reatil obviously. Lucky for me it was near me and I avoided shipping hassles.
Anybody help recommend a yard near by this guy?
