Paper clip solution
On my 93 use paper clip to get DTC codes from memory. With engine off put clip in diagnostic connector under dash. Place in top rightmost (A) opening and next rightmost (B). Turn key to accessory and Sevice Engine light should start flashing. Flashing should be 1 & 2 three times followed by your trouble code for three times.
