I haven't but if you do it I know a lot of us would be interested in seeing how it goes.
FWIW, GTB/ZR1 has corbeau seats in his ZR1, if you do a search I think there was something here about his seats in a thread not too long ago... You might also want to try the racing section. I remember at least one guy there had shell type racing seats in his C4.
