I was helping someone out with TTS and went to hook mine up to start to record and it said mine was not registered etc. I bought this years ago, and Andrew Mattei has helped reregister it etc. My disk is useless now, but I am curious if yo have had the authorization code just dissapear. The one andrew gave me, I keep on my computer is wrong, even though it worked for a long time.
Do, updates cause it to change codes?
ANyways, just curious
I recall in the past when people have had to rebuild or have bought a new laptop that Datamaster would not recognise their code when they reinstalled Datamaster.
Then they had a major problem getting TTS to isuse a new code , even with proof of purchase because TTS claimed the code should still work
I got a new authorization code, now I am getting a runtime error.
"tts datamaster runtime error 2147221498 8004006 over flow"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Something is amiss

yep, everytime I reformated in the past using the same set-up disc, same IP etc. it would not recognize the pc. I believe the software has a "bot of somesort in it to keep it from being hacked. Their claim that it will recognize a previous pc is BS, although Vickie has been quick to get me another code (3 times). If they spent as much time on the program as they did making it hacker proof it would be nice.
After a fresh windows instal and all additional software is loaded I clone the entire c/drive (laptop) to a seperate hard drive which pretty much ends all the TTS nonsense.
