Default Trick flow heads

There's a set of LT1 Trick flow heads for sale in the parts section. Would these work for me? What would i expect for gains if i bolted these on?

I'm a stock 94 other than a stage 1 Carroll kit.

On another note Iv'e been thinking about getting some EM longtubes but someone once posted here that it was hard to keep header gaskets on a forced induction LT1. Do you guys find them a pain or do you think they're worth it?

Thanks
Eric

The trick flow heads will give you about 15-20% better flow than the stock heads. The larger chambers will give you a lower compression and be safer, but shouldn't drop it enought that you would notice it under normal driving.

As far as keeping a head gasket, if you have your car tuned properly then you'll be just fine. And going with the longtubes should net you a nice gain in hp.

I am getting ready to sell the trickflows off of my setup if you are interested, mine have extensive port work done to the ports as well as a very friendly combustion chamber for BIG boost and a good amount of power, final numbers through them were 939rwhp 901rwhtq. They are outfitted with springs good to .575" lift. and titanium retainers, Ferea SS 2.02 1.60 valves undercut and swirl polished.

Just tossing it out! I just removed them from the car and will be cleaning them up to get some photos on Friday evening.
